Cube² believes that good design is a necessity and not a luxury for an elite few. our philosophy is that good design does not depend on the value applied, but instead is a direct result of the originators efforts. we believe that all design possesses historical values with applied regionalism. cube² therefore applies history and regional vernacular design elements into all its designs, large or small, yet remain within a contemporary vocabulary.
Mr. Jorge Alberto Pernas is a registered Architect and Interior Designer in the State of Florida with over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture, Interior Design and Urban Design. He is currently a Adjunct Professor of Interior Design at the Miami International University of Art and Design. Mr. Pernas is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects, American Society of Interior Designers and has his national NCARB certification. His talent to perceive spaces and interpret ideas through both drawing and models have provided insightful and innovative designs. As an honors graduate of the University of Miami, School of Architecture, he has had the tutelage of noted professors such as Vincent Scully, Carlos Zapata, Laurinda Spear and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk. Mr. Pernas has worked through out North America, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
