Javier’s roots have always been in high rise buildings and painting and waterproofing in the south Florida climate.
Starting off in paint manufacturing sales and moving on to a respected career painting high rise condominiums, he quickly noticed and became extremely familiar with how the south Florida climate effects building structures.
Over and again, his caring nature and attention to detail showed him the need for concrete restoration. From there, he started his own company restoring concrete buildings throughout south Florida.
