The owner at JEM Construction Allen Sudac has been specializing in renovation, retrofit and restoration projects of residential and light commercial buildings for the past 22 years. Working as both a project/contract manager and hands on contractor, he has gained a diverse and comprehensive knowledge of all trades and a first-rate reputation for managing projects successfully. Working alongside interior designers, architects and professional engineers, with an exceptional ability to analyze, evaluate and solve problems quickly and efficiently, Allen has proven to be instrumental in assisting our clients with their specific project needs.
From initial design to final completion, JEM Construction provides every aspect for your renovation, light commercial and restoration needs. We, as your Project Manager/General Contractor, together with our approved and licensed trades, provide a complete service. This includes, but is not limited to, all additions, basement completions, kitchen/bathroom re-modelling, emergency services, etc.
We also have in-house carpentry, drywall/plastering and painting departments.
