Ohio born in 1973, educators and family note early artistic talent. Creativity, a strong ability in Mathematics, and an excellence in problem solving draw Linus toward Architecture and Design.
Enrolled at The Ohio State University, Linus excelled amongst classmates in the Knowlton school of Architecture. After graduating with Honors in 2001, New York City appeared an obvious place for Linus to begin his career in Architecture.
Linus forms relationship with NYC Firm AvroKo as job foreman and construction administrator. Within 2 years, Linus built a handful of small restaurants, lounges, and personal residences for the architects.
With and incredible talent for construction and an eye for design, Linus was an easy fit for this small, but ambitious, NYC firm. Pressures from family and constraints from a post 9-11 NYC market, Linus chose to take his talents to South Beach, Florida.
With NYC and Restaurant experience, Linus finds early acceptance from an important hotelier and developer. Linus devoted his first few years in Florida assisting in numerous hotel renovations, condominium conversions, and the design and construction of Miami Beach’s most exciting luxury home projects at the moment.
