RAS was founded in 1998 by Raul Schwerdt, PE to provide consulting engineering and building performance/construction materials testing for high-rise buildings. RAS has provided expert testimony and consulting services related to the evaluation of performance and preservation of High –Rise Buildings.
RAS Engineering understands the dynamics of the building sciences and provides a host of testing procedures to be sure there is compatibility of the wide variety of materials incorporated in the structure, all to better serve our customers, community and environment.
