RJ Behar was established, in 1999 as a Corporation, to provide personalized services in the disciplines of engineering, planning and construction management engineering inspection to public and private sector clients throughout South Florida.
Mr. Robert J. Behar, PE is the president, C.E.O. and founder of RJ Behar. He is the Principal in Charge on all projects. Mr. Juan H. Vazquez, PE, PH, BCEE serves as the Vice-president of the Company. Our Principal’s have been together since 2000 and employee turnover is at a minimum. We pride ourselves in having continuity of our staff, which enhances the quality of our product.
