We specialize in unique residential design from 2,000 to 20,000 sf. Our staff is highly experienced in all phases of construction to insure the construction documents coordinate all structural and mechanical (plumbing, electrical & air conditioning) items to insure the project can be built with the design intent while eliminating extra construction costs associated with job site change orders.
All successful architectural projects complete the architectural concept throughout the entire project. At S H Brandt & Associstes the architecture does not stop at the front door but continues throughout the project. The same level of detail that is applied to the exterior is continued through the interior of the entire project.
Our 30 years of experience as a general contractor ensures our ability to administer your project to stay on schedule, budget and most importantly conform with the design intent. While we don’t offer construction services anymore we still provide contract administration services to insure the project is built with the intent of the owner.
