Southeast Design Associates, Inc. is a full service architectural firm founded in 1992 that provides professional architectural and interior design services, practicing in the south Florida region, with its principal having over 25 years in the architectural profession. Southeast Design Associates, Inc. is fully licensed in the state of Florida, with NCARB certification for out-of state national project opportunities. Our office, under direct supervision of the Principal, Manuel Perez-Vichot, guarantees that each and every commission receives direct and personal attention in every phase of the project s’ development.
