Mr. Jeffrey R. Zephir, Founder and President of Zephir International L.L.C. is an actively licensed architect in the State of Florida, New York and Massachusetts and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Mr. Zephir studied architecture at the School of Architecture at Syracuse University where he received a Five Year First Professional Degree in Architecture. In 1982, Mr. Zephir, a United States citizen, started his professional career with Pearson Systems of West Springfield. MA. While at Pearson, Mr. Zephir worked closely with his mentor and Pearson’s current President, Mr. Thomas J. Henshon. Today, Pearson is one of Zephir International’s most valued clients, a relationship lasting over 30 Years. In 1996, Mr. Zephir began his international career in St. Petersburg Russia for the Chicago based real estate developer, Golub and Company, lead by Mr. Eugene Golub. In St. Petersburg, Mr. Zephir performed the role of Manager of Design and Construction for the 100,000 Sq. Ft. / $30 Million USD Atrium at Nevsky 25, located in the heart of St. Petersburg. A premiere building to this day, the Atruim at Nevsky 25 was awarded the 1999 Kremlin Award for the Best Office Building in Russia. Through creative insight in the design of the building’s interior office space, Mr Zephir was instrumental in assisting the leasing team in securing Regus Offices and the Norwegian Consultant as the building’s tenants.
